- Take Home Tuesday Folder: Students will receive a yellow folder that is sent home each Tuesday with important information (i. e. billing, announcement and other pertinent information). This folder should be returned by Thursday.
- No Cafeteria: Students bring lunch except for pizza day (if ordered) and hamburger day. Pizza is offered most fridays and Hamburger Days are held on most first-Fridays of each month.
- Lunch will be provided at a cost of $10.00 if not brought by 10:45 am for a child missing lunch.
- Milk is offered during snack and lunch time at a charge of .50ยข each and will be billed monthly.
- Pizza is offered most Fridays at a cost of $2 per pepperoni slice or $1.50 for cheese slice. Oders are place online in Family Portal under through the Lunch Calendar. Orders must be in by Thursday morning as the school calls in the order by noon.
- A chaperone must be Safe Environment trained in order to attend field trips or volunteer at the school. Training is online at https://www.dolr.org/safe-environment or https://littlerock.cmgconnect.org.
- No bus: We utilize our volunteer licensed drivers and insured vehicles.
- By Arkansas law all children under 6 years old or under 60 pounds are required to be in a car seat. If a car seat is not provided, the child cannot go to the field trip.
- ESC closes at 5:30 pm. Late fees assess at 5:31 pm. If available, morning ESC opens at 7:00 am and ends at 7:40 am.
- ESC is billed at the hourly rate of $11 unless there is a signed monthly agreement for the student or is a pre-K extended day.
- Please! Always provide a change of clothes for the younger children.
